This is a 2nd Shift position (overnight)

Sign-On Bonus $5,000

This position is primarily responsible for feed delivery, you will be responsible for hauling feed to the farms as well as filling in at other locations in NWA Live when needed and completing all other duties as assigned by management.. This position requires strict compliance with all Tyson policies and procedures specifically in feed haul procedures. Applicants must be able to maintain accurate logs and paperwork when required. Position is required to keep focus on safety in and out of the truck every hour of every day, required to work weekends/holidays as need arises. Applicants must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach. Applicants must be willing to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis. Team Members who hold these positions must be willing to work in the outdoors, in sunny or cold, damp, humid environments often with a high concentration of allergens such as feed dust or chick down, will be working outdoors in extreme heat and/or cold conditions and requires driving during inclement weather, these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

Complete all other tasks assigned by management.

Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

Job Requirements

Must be 21 years old and have an active Class A CDL, must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical Examination and Drug Screening as outlined in the D.O.T. Regulations, must be able to pass a road Test, meet D.O.T. requirements and certifications, must have a safe driving record. General knowledge of Tyson grower farms preferred, must be able to read and follow map directions. Must be able to do basic math, read and complete company forms, a minimum of 1 year OTR experience preferred with valid Class A CDL,

Experience with top-heavy equipment, live haul/feed truck or log truck is preferred.

Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

You must be Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 to be considered.

Only applicants in a 50 mile radius will be considered, or applicants from the following counties in Arkansas; Washington, Benton, Madison and Adair County in OK, also McDonald County in MO, within the 50 mile radius.
