Van Driver- Acute Stabilization Unit

Our Acute Stabilization Unit is seeking a Van Driver for 20 hours a week to provide transportation to our clients. As the van driver you will transport individuals to their destinations in a safe and timely manner. Individual must have patience and compassion for our clients and the ability to ensure the safety of all passengers at all times. Experience working with clients with substance abuse or mental health is helpful. Must comply with all transportation laws. The driver is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and must have excellent listening and communication skills. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Licensing Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Must have a valid Rhode Island driver’s license, current auto insurance along with an approved driving record with ability to transport individuals.
