Plan special deliveries and redeliveries, making customer service top priority.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eEnsure colleagues follow all company policies and procedures in order to meet safety goals and guarantee that delivery schedules are consistently met.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eHire, train and develop colleagues for optimal performance and efficiency. Develop individual colleague goals and provide continuous feedback regarding performance.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAddress disciplinary and performance issues in a timely manner and according to company policy. Monitors On-Board System compliance. Ensures they are clean, and in good working order.
