Responsibilities
This is a Work from Home / Hybrid Role
Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
Conviva is seeking a Dispatcher
who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others. Must have patience, excellent customer service and communication skills, Bilingual required.
The dispatcher schedules routes for drivers to pick up/drop off members to their doctors' appointments and back home safely. Must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Functions
Coordinate's driver routes according to customer requests and in compliance with DOT regulations and company rules.
Communicates with patients to determine driver demand and driving schedules.
Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data into a computer database.
Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
Relaying information or messages to and from drivers and supervisors.
Preparing daily work such as schedules
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Willing and able to go into the office to work, if and when needed.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
Experience in scheduling/routing.
20% travel is required to and from and office for meetings, events, trainings in local area.
Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using REVEAL software
Minimum 3 years in transportation work, and dispatching.
Work
Schedule:
This position is full-time (Mon-Fri). Working hours vary and most likely will be over 8 a day. A guideline can be 9-6pm sometimes later. Nights and/or weekends are a possibility, depending on volume / special events some Saturday's a year may be needed.
