DESCRIPTION
This is an OTR driving position, but with none of the stress – our solo, company drivers don’t have to worry about the cents-per-mile rollercoaster. Salary base means they never dip below $62,500 per year and get a regular weekly check. It’s designed to provide peace of mind, consistency, and makes it much easier for our drivers to secure loans, mortgages, and plan for their future. 
But salary is only the start! Just hitting the minimum for performance makes you eligible to bonus, and they increase every year you drive with ShipEX. You could earn $100,000 in your first year alone!

REQUIREMENTS
Essential functions:
Adhering to Hours of Service rules
Adhering to Federal Safety regulations
Able to drive for longer than 8 hours at a time
Qualifications:
3-year work history. 
All commercial driving history in past 10 years must be disclosed. 
No more than 7 jobs in past 3 years. 
18 months Verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience. 
Must have OTR experience. 
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, in a Personal or Commercial vehicle.
No more than 2 accidents, preventable or in the last 3 years, in a Personal or Commercial vehicle. 
No Criminal Background.
Physical Requirements:
Must disclose use of a CPAP machine 
Must be able to stay seated for long periods of time
