Make over 10K gross per week O/Op Hazmat Dolche Truckload is looking to fill 3 more O/Os positions!Why Dolche? We are a trucking company focused on each individual owner operator.We customize weekly trips to meet our drivers business demands! You want to drive shorter miles and stay more regional or you prefer OTR, we can run your truck at top dollar per mile.Our dispatchers handle no more than 5-7 trucks in their fleet. Each dispatcher customizes your trips to your preference - regional and OTR options available and home-time is flexible.   You get paid 85% off the gross revenue you earn! Our regional O/Os average over $3.00 per mile with gross revenue of $7,000 to $9,000. Our OTR O/Os with dry van and hazmat average $2,80 - $3.50 per mile with gross revenue of $8,000 to $11,000 per week. Our OTR O/Os with reefer and hazmat average $2,90 - $3.80 per mile with gross revenue of $9,000 to $15,000 per week.   We have an OPEN BOOK Policy - you are welcome to review the billing paperwork in our office upon request. We provide a GPS system that gives a live view of the engine and all active codes with history. This allows us to help you better maintain your vehicle. If your truck has an active code, we can see it and help you better diagnose your truck and save you on extensive repair bills. Prevention is the best maintenance practice and we will help you with that.
