Location: Itasca, IL
Pay:
$60-65K
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience from the logistics industry with Import OR Export experience within Air OR Ocean.
- Driven, very process oriented
- Can work in a quick paced environment
Responsibilities
- Tracking / Tracing shipments, utilizing Cargowise
Communicating with clients and US and overseas colleagues, as well as various transportation vendors, including airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies
- Billing and auditing vendor invoices
- Coordinate delivery of Air Imports / Exports and Ocean Import
- Process air / ocean Import / Export documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- Approve freight invoices and credit notes
- Pay airline charges
- Familiarizing yourself with customer and vendor agreements
