      BASIC PURPOSE: This position will help maintain driver DOT compliance.

 

      MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Coordinates driver access to terminals *Maintains permitting for various states *Tracks and renews trailer certifications and registration renewals *Updates and maintains truck and trailer files *Monitors toll road usage *Other duties as assigned
 

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*Education: High school Diploma or equivalent required *Experience: College Degree preferred
 

      SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

*Skills:

*Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office *Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize

*Typical Physical Demands:

*Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping *Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds *Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator *Requires normal range of hearing and vision
