Our client is looking for a Logistics and Invoicing Analyst to join their team in Chicago!
Location:
Chicago, IL
Compensation:
$19-21/hourly basis
Job Responsibilities:
Following up on overdue invoices to prevent account holds from our Vendors- Can be Urgent
Archive Daily BOLS in Shared Drive
Add info to Cost tracker from Truckbuilders
Request and Update Purchase Orders in Procurement Portal
Cost Tracker
- Includes the following: Adding new Inbound Shipments
Correcting Inbound shipments based on BOLs
Uploading Daily Shipment Report & Daily ZSO Report
ATPing all Warehouse and Transportation Invoices and logging them for accruals. Includes but not limited the following: Uploading ATP’d invoice to Shared Services and Customer Service Vendor Invoices
CaseStack (HUB GROUP)
- Copying over detailed Invoice, running CaseStack reports to acquire additional information, finding shipments and on Transportation Tab and add those that are not
Echo-
Copy over detailed invoice, Acquire more data for Daily shipments, find shipments on Transportation Tab and adding those that are not, vetting the validity of invoices, determining freight adjustments, break invoices up into separate Cost Centers based on shipments destination
MERCURY
- Pull report and Invoice, consolidate shipment information, determining whether shipments are on Transportation Tab and add them if not
Logging all individual Warehouse charges on the Warehouse Tab
Log all other shipments invoiced on Transportation Tab
END OF MONTH; Outbound Tracker
DAY 1
Update Echo Daily Shipment
Update all Echo consolidated invoices for the month
Update Casestack Billing Statement
Update Mercury Report
Update Schneider orders from Outbound Tab
DAY 2
Run & Export ZSO report in SAP
Clean up past months override accruals
Update Order Header Tab, Populate for; Customer Pickup
Casestack (Walmart)
ECHO
Make sure each shipment has a reference # and Carrier designation
Job Qualifications:
Logistics experience
Excel experience (PIVOT TABLES, VLOOK UPS)
SAP is a plus
