Regional Installation Manager
Reporting to the National Install Manager
, the Regional Install Manager (RIM)
will own the Installation Capability within his/her assigned geography.
The Regional Installation Manager will be expected to operate the Midwest Region Install capacity, Install quality, Install cost, Job completions and Customer experience.
The Regional Installation Manager will operate the Region according to the NIM's functional strategy and vision, but will also be expected to initiate local and regional programs as needed.
Compensation
: $90,000 €“ $115,000 annually

Job Duties:
Monitor existing installers for quality and consistency with the National expectations
Manage technical and customer escalations within the region
Deliver monthly completions targets by ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed in a reasonable time frame. Take leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues with installer, customer and sales ops.
Measure existing installers against all metrics and execute a constantly evolving strategy that optimizes over-performing installers, while reducing exposure to under-performing installers
Identify and recruit new installers within region
Train new installers within region
Maintain regular focus on job cost metric via invoicing submittals and work order analysis
Expand the efficiency of the entire production team (Install Sales Ops) by creating tools and/or processes that improve on our key metrics
Essential Skills:
3 Yrs of experience in construction, home improvement or residential remodeling field
Strong communication skills that enable challenging discussions with Installer network and/or customers
Technical skills in residential construction that enable creative problem solving
Strong multi-tasking ability that allows for multiple projects being worked at one time
Ability to maintain consistent vision for role, without constant supervision or direction
Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
BS Required
GC license a plus
