The Front End Loader Truck Driver operates heavy equipment including scrapers, dozers, excavators, loaders, farm tractors, rock trucks, motor graders, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Operate feed hoppers and front-end loader in an efficient manner.
Prevent product non-conformity by ensuring the proper blend is mixed and communicate effectively with dryer operator, Supervisor and Mill Lab.
Operate all equipment in a manner to keep unnecessary maintenance problems to a minimum.
Complete Pre and Post-shift inspections, log loads, fuel equipment and road building and road maintenance.
Fill trucks when necessary.
Maintain plant and field crude ore stockpiles and stockpile areas.
Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area.
Pass down instructions, blend changes, hazards, ect. to next operator or supervisor at end of shift.
Ability to function under extreme weather conditions and focus for long periods of time under shift work conditions
Operate mining production equipment in a safe, efficient and compliant manner. Report deviations to mine management.
Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area.
Communicate with coworkers and management.
Ensure equipment is maintained in optimal condition using preventative maintenance systems.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications and Experience:


High school or GED
Candidate must have equipment and manufacturing background.
At least one year of equipment operation experience.
Candidate must live in or around Greybull or willing to move to Greybull at their own expense
Candidate must be fluently reading, writing, speaking English and have a valid driver license.
Ability to operate heavy equipment.
Ability to mix proper crude ore blends as directed by supervisor, and maintain a steady quality feed rate of crude ore material to the grinding equipment.
May be required to obtain CDL Drivers License with Haz-Mat, doubles and tanker endorsements, in the time limit set forth by the company.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in US, without sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year relevant experience
Running scrapers and dozers
Able to drive forklift and crane
Basic computer skills, Excel, Power point
