We are proud to offer:
Starting wages of $22.37-$24.63 depending on experience
20 Guaranteed Hours
Completion Pay during training
$2,500 Sign on Bonus for New Drivers (not credentialed and do not obtain CDL by end of class)*
$3.000 Sign on Bonus for New Driver (who obtain CDL by end of Class)*
$4,500 Sign on Bonus for Credentialed Class A/B CDL with All Endorsements*
Company Pays for Permit Tests, Permit Cost and License Cost: Out of state license could alter this*
5 Paid Holidays
Extra Work Available (Trips / Yard Work)
Annual increase in pay**
401(k)
As a First Student Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:
Safely transports passengers
Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections
Assists students in the loading and unloading process
Requirements of a School Bus Driver:
Good verbal communication skills
At least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
