And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: Competitive pay: Average $1,346- $1,442 per week/ Average $70,000 - $75,000 annually Average of 2,800 miles weekly Starting pay .42 cpm Top pay .46 cpm reached within 12 months Detention, breakdown and layover pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Home weekly All drop and hook Deliver through Customs port of entry in Detroit, MI and Windsor Canada Delivery location is three hours into Canada after border crossing Passport is required 0600 pickup from Birmingham, AL, layover in Ohio that night and cross border next morning Drop/hook at supplier, when leaving you will use their fax/scan to send shipping documents to Averitt dispatcher who will work with brokers to clear you at customs Once clear, dispatch will send you an entry bar code you will use from your phone to cross the border Layover again in Michigan or Ohio Return next night to layover again in Birmingham for your next run Paid time off including 8 paid holidays (after 90 days) Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plans Rider policy available for legally married spouses Profit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards - cash bonuses for referrals Averitt's fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
