Job Details:
This position should be willing to obtain a Weigh Master License as required by the USDA. Must be willing to accurately weigh and record all weigh tickets into the computer system. Must be willing to complete various administrative tasks. Must be willing to communicate via telephone and in person any information needed by service technicians, drivers, manager, panel operators, and contract growers. Must be willing to take feed orders from service technicians, be able to problem solve, and adapt to changing situations. Must be willing to schedule feed deliveries and dispatch feed delivery drivers. Must willing to maintain a clean and work information. Must be willing to cross-train throughout the feed mill. Must be willing to climb stairs to/from work areas (approximately 25). Must be willing to work in hot/cold environments (outside temperatures). Must be willing to complete all other tasks assigned my management.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
Disqualifiers: 1) No written warning in the previous 6 months. 2) No more than 7 attendance points at time of bid. 3) Must have completed probationary period. 4) Completion of 6 months on previous successful bid if it was not for a higher classification (i.e. lateral, downward move or self-disqualification.)
