SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading and directing a team of analysts. The position is responsible for managing the system support selection and improvement of systems and processes. The team will drive Continuous Improvement events across the Transportation division managing progress against established action items identifying and documenting processes and systems requirements as well as coordinating with IS to manage systems projects and implementations. This position will be focused on standardizing the processes across the Transportation division aligning KPIs gaining buy-in from business champions and shepherding system-related projects through the CIR and IS approval process. This position is the face to senior leader in Transportation for all system-related initiatives and is responsible for coordinating system needs with leadership and IS as well as evaluating new technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 5 plus years of relevant experience
COMPUTER SKILLS: Strong computer skills including Power Point, Excel, System integrations and trouble shooting, Sharepoint, SDLC tools, TMS, and SQL knowledge preferred
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication to directors and Senior Leadership explaining complex data analysis results, system issues, and prioritization needs resolving inter-departmental issues.
TRAVEL: Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
