DESCRIPTION
Looking for experienced Class A CDL Drivers with Doubles experience to run FedEx Ground Line-Haul runs. Full Time position with benefits. Earn $1,600 per week guaranteed!
Hanna Distributing Inc. is a Line-Haul Contractor leased on with FedEx Ground. We dispatch daily out of 14 FedEx terminals across 6 states (IN, IL, MO, KS, OK, & TX). In 2020 we had 36 drivers. We're now over 100 strong, and WE'RE STILL GROWING!
We need Experienced Drivers to work as Front-Line Trailblazers! We are growing rapidly, and we need a few elite drivers to work field assignments and help get us established in new locations, build relations with customers, and train new drivers. You need to be available to park at whichever terminal we need you that week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The CONTINGENCY DRIVER will work on-assignment in the field, wherever the company needs you. You will be assigned a Sleeper truck and will stay on-site while establishing a new presence, training new drivers, and filling temporary personnel gaps when needed. This is a unique experience to make a significant impact on the growth and development of a rapidly expanding company. You will be responsible for the following:
Covering FedEx Ground Line-Haul runs as a driver
Building relationships with new terminals, management and local staff working for FedEx Ground
Accruing as many miles as possible in new terminals to help the company earn the best dedicated runs
Training new drivers, some training will be in your assigned sleeper truck, some will be in the day cab the new driver will be using.
Administering FedEx Ground Road Tests for new recruits if qualified
Assisting with new hire paperwork, emailing, faxing etc.
What you’ll get from us:
$83,000.00/year Annual Salary ($1600/week guaranteed, not dependent on miles or hours)
1 day Paid Time Off accrued for every week of on-assignment work
Assigned Sleeper Truck with APU, Fridge, Microwave Inverter, etc. (Probably newer International Automatic)
PAID WEEKLY, DIRECT DEPOSIT
Almost ALL runs are Drop & Hook
24/7 Manager and Operations access
Full Time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
What we need from you:
Class A CDL with DOUBLES ENDORSEMENT AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year of FedEx Ground Line-Haul experience preferred
Must be available to work any day, any location needed, in the field, for weeks at a time (MOST RUNS ARE AT NIGHT)
12 verifiable months tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years or 5 years in the last 10 (Verifiable)
Pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
Must have acceptable driving record and current DOT Physical
Must be able to manage Hours of Service and E-Logs with little oversight
Must have a strong Customer-Focused mindset and the heart of a Teacher/Mentor

(IN, MO, KS, OK, & TX). We are GROWING FAST and need experienced Class
A CDL Drivers to dispatch daily out of the Carthage, Missouri FedEx
Ground terminal. We have 2 NEW openings in Carthage, Missouri for good drivers to join
our family.

$225 per day base salary  * Up to $7,000 per year in performance & safety bonuses available! *
WEEKLY PAY * Full Time
